Q. How does the customer obtain their oil changes and tire rotations?

A. The Southeast Toyota Dealer service teams in FL, GA, AL, SC and NC have your TOYOGUARD membership in their database and will complete these maintenance services accordingly. If you are outside this five state area, have your Toyota dealer contact Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC at 888-851-2722.

Q. What is the TOYOGUARD Personal Assistant?

A. TOYOGUARD Elite offers the customer their very own personal assistant to give them instant and easy access to weather conditions, phone numbers, driving directions, travel arrangements, dinner reservations and much more. This membership entitles the Elite customer to 5 years/720 minutes. All the Elite customer needs to do is register at: http://www.mytoyoguardassistant.com.

Q. What does Emergency Roadside Assistance include?

A. With Emergency Roadside Assistance, you will receive coverage for years 3-5/60,000 miles - whichever comes first. You can reach the roadside assistance from anywhere in the US and Canada by calling 1-800-528-2054. Roadside Assistance will cover: Battery jump start, tire service, fuel delivery, lockout protection, winching and towing.

Q. What about Rental Car assistance?

A. Rental Car service is included during the first 5 years/60,000 miles whichever comes first. Your vehicle does not have to be inoperable or require overnight repairs to qualify for rental car assistance. Limited to one day rental for warranty repair only, up to a total of 5 rentals within the 5 year/60K mile period. Maximum coverage is $35 per day. (Note: Warranty repair must require Toyota parts replacement).

Q. How does the VIN etch protect the car?

A. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) are used by law enforcement to identify vehicles. The VIN is laser etched on select windows and makes it nearly impossible to alter or delete.

Q. How does the TOYOGUARD Exterior Paint Sealant protect the vehicle?

A. TOYOGUARD Paint Sealant is a paint protection polymer made with Teflon and is designed to prevent premature deterioration caused by harsh weather and salt air.

Q. What does the TOYOGUARD Interior Fabric Protector do?

A. It seals the fabric fibers to make clean-up of spills quick and easy. Does not apply to leather, vinyl or any other surface other than fabric seats and carpet.

Q. What kind of stains are covered under the TOYOGUARD Interior Fabric Protector?

A. Stains caused by food, water and beverages.

Q. Is the TOYOGUARD rental program transferable when the vehicle is sold to a new owner?

A. The TOYOGUARD rental reimbursement program is only available to the original registered owner and is non transferable. The limit is one day of rental per warranty repair which requires a Toyota Part(s) replacement. Note: TOYOGUARD rental assistance is not provided if a customer is eligible for reimbursement under the TMS Toyota Transportation Assistance Policy (TTAP).

Q. Is TOYOGUARD transferable?

A. TOYOGUARD is provided by Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC and is not a product of Toyota and is not transferable.

Q. Does a customer have to use the TOYOGUARD Elite oil change service at the same time that they redeem their tire rotations?

A. No, the customer may elect to use the TOYOGUARD Elite tire rotation and oil change services separately.
